I know how hard it is to seek support, so I honour your courage in taking this step. Something powerful happens when we lean into vulnerability and take uncomfortable action. When you honour your need for something to change, for wanting more for yourself and your life. But we can’t do it alone.

Authenticity is the pathway to healing and growth. Yet we’re so conditioned out of our authentic nature. Healing is about rediscovering, remembering, reclaiming and fully embodying your authentic nature. It’s about embracing your true self, your needs, your desires to be the most authentic version of you, unapologetically. It’s about standing in your authentic power, confidently asking for what you want and knowing you’re worthy of receiving it.
It takes work, but this is work that brings you back to life. That restores your vitality, your joy, your love for life. It takes effort to live in survival mode, and it takes effort to move out of survival mode. But the effort it takes to move out of survival mode comes with many rewards.
This is why that at the right time for you, with the right support, with the right tools and in the right environment, you can heal. You can become the ‘you’ you were always meant to be.

Fiona is a General Psychologist with 10 years of experience working in therapeutic and clinical settings, helping humans become more authentically themselves. She offers a warm welcoming space for you to heal, grow into, and fully embody the most authentic version of you.
